About Us
Pathwaze supported living accommodation primarily targets at risk adults between the ages of 18-45 years old. Pathwaze was set up in February 2016 with the vision of transforming lives and empowering individuals who feel isolated from society, helping them to re-engage and become effective members. We work in partnership with our service users to encourage and assist the choices they make by empowering them to find the right path for their lives. The level of assistance given to each service user is agreed upon from the onset and we understand that each service user’s level of support will vary dependent on their need. Once the need is established we form a partnership and an agreement is signed between the service user and Pathwaze. All our current properties are based in the South of London.
