A six-week course to be held at WSUP on Wednesdays 

The course will look at: 

  • what anxiety feels like
  • what may trigger your anxiety
  • practical tools and exercises to ease symptoms of anxiety
  • ways to reduce the frequency of your anxiety
  • how to improve self esteem 

The course is free and lunch will be provided.
