This workshop, by Greenwich Time to Talk, aims to share some simple relaxation and mindfulness techniques that can help us feel calmer and actively increase our sense of wellbeing.
Delivered by NHS professionals, the workshop will increase your understanding of how the body and mind react under stress and share a range of techniques including grounding, visualisation, breathing exercises and more.
